01 / Engineering

Precision starts
with engineering.

Turn your drawing into a practical manufacturing plan.

Our engineering coordination connects English-language drawings, material specifications and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) with the production resources of our partner factories.

Design for manufacturability (DFM) review and mold-flow simulation inform die-casting mold design before tooling begins. Complex thin walls, high air-tightness housings and precision assembly features receive particular attention.

  1. 01

    Understand the part

Review the alloy, geometry, critical dimensions and application requirements.

  2. 02

    Assess the process

Evaluate filling, tooling, machining and inspection needs before production.

  3. 03

    Confirm the route

Agree the drawing revision, sample approval and quality criteria.

02 / Craft & quality

Crafted with care.
Checked with precision.

Toolmaking, casting, finishing and inspection form one connected route, with the process selected around your component.

The manufacturing route

From mold to finished part.

CNC machining centers, electrical discharge machining (EDM), wire EDM, high-speed engraving and mold polishing support precision tooling and mold trials.

Our partner resources include cold-chamber machines for aluminum alloy die casting, hot-chamber machines for zinc alloy die casting and dedicated magnesium alloy die-casting equipment. High-pressure die casting (HPDC), with vacuum assistance where required, is supported by die-temperature control, automated release-agent spraying and robotic extraction.

CNC machining, turning, drilling and tapping prepare critical features. Deburring, polishing, blasting and surface treatment complete the agreed route.

Finishes include plating, painting, powder coating, anodizing, passivation, brushing and high-gloss polishing. Suitability is reviewed for the alloy, casting condition and performance requirements.

The verification route

Check what matters.

  • Dimensions & fit

Coordinate measuring machines (CMMs), optical profile projectors and final inspection stations.

  • Material & performance

Optical emission spectrometry for alloy composition, hardness testing and high/low-temperature testing.

  • Surface & protection

Salt-spray testing and color measurement for agreed finish requirements.

03 / Flexible collaboration

Flexible at
every stage.

A small sample order. A repeat production run. A change in requirements.

Our dual supply-chain approach combines precision manufacturing resources with scalable production capacity, balancing quality, lead time and cost around your project.

  1. 01 / VALIDATE

    Samples

Tooling trials and small-batch sample production to your drawing, material and quantity requirements.

  2. 02 / REFINE

    Small batches

Agreed manufacturing steps support low-volume orders and feedback before wider production.

  3. 03 / REPEAT

    Volume production

Coordinated casting, secondary operations and quality checks support repeat export orders.

Custom to your requirements

OEM/ODM projects, drawing-based manufacture and processing of customer-supplied materials, subject to technical review.

Clear communication

Progress updates, early risk identification and documented engineering changes keep the latest requirements traceable.

Open to verification

Video factory tours, on-site factory audits and pre-shipment inspection can be arranged with the relevant partner.
