From drawing to delivery

Every stage.
Clearly connected.

Tooling, production and acceptance decisions stay connected through one coordinated workflow. Sample orders and repeat production are planned around the agreed scope.

  1. 01

    Review

Drawing, alloy, quantity and critical requirements. DFM and the manufacturing route are reviewed before commitment.

  2. 02

    Develop

Mold design, tooling manufacture and trial samples. Approval criteria guide any agreed corrections.

  3. 03

    Produce

Alloy die casting, deburring, CNC machining and surface treatment follow the approved process.

  4. 04

    Verify

Dimensional and material checks, agreed performance tests and project documentation support acceptance.

  5. 05

    Deliver

Packing, pre-shipment inspection, export documentation and shipment are coordinated to the order.

Quality & documentation

Defined requirements.
Documented checks.

Partner quality-control processes follow ISO 9001 principles. Inspection and testing are selected for the component and the agreed acceptance requirements.

Dimensions & materials

Full dimensional inspection, CMM and optical measurements, alloy composition analysis and hardness testing.

Finish & performance

Salt-spray, color consistency and high/low-temperature testing, where required by the specification.

Project records

Material certificates, dimensional reports, first article inspection (FAI) documents and agreed RoHS/REACH reports.

SGS testing can be coordinated within the agreed scope. Automotive projects can include IATF 16949 quality-system requirements and PPAP Level 3 submissions. Applicable partner qualifications and document availability are confirmed before commitment.

Before we begin

A clear start.

OEM/ODM and drawing-based projects are reviewed individually. We also consider processing customer-supplied materials, subject to technical assessment.

Can you manufacture small quantities of samples?

Yes. We accept small-batch sample production requests based on your drawing, material specifications and required quantity. Tooling needs, feasibility and acceptance criteria are reviewed for each request. Explore small-batch sample production.

What should I send for a quotation?

Send your drawing and revision, specified alloy, required quantity, critical dimensions, finish and delivery requirements. Include any inspection or documentation requirements. If a specification is still open, tell us so it can be reviewed.

Can we verify the manufacturing resources?

Video factory tours, on-site factory audits and pre-shipment inspections can be arranged with the relevant partner. Learn about our partner manufacturing network.
