Who we are

Focused on
die casting.

Shanghai Qinghui Industrial Co., Ltd.

QK Mold specializes in precision die-casting mold development, volume production of precision cast components and one-stop manufacturing solutions for international OEM customers.

Our focus is die-casting molds and custom components in zinc, aluminum and magnesium alloys. We connect DFM drawing review, mold design, high-pressure die casting, CNC precision machining, surface treatment, full dimensional inspection and delivery to agreed compliance requirements.

Working with partner factories in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Anhui, we bring engineering, production and export coordination together across the manufacturing process.

  1. 01

    Drawing review

Design for manufacturability (DFM) reviews cover English-language engineering drawings, material specifications and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T), bringing manufacturing concerns forward before tooling begins.

  2. 02

    Tooling & samples

Precision mold development combines mold design, mold-flow simulation and tooling trials. Sample feedback informs mold corrections and the agreed production approval process.

  3. 03

    Production & finishing

High-pressure die casting (HPDC), vacuum-assisted die casting where required, CNC precision machining and surface treatment follow the agreed manufacturing route.

  4. 04

    Inspection & delivery

Full dimensional inspection, material certificates and agreed project documents support acceptance. Packing, export documentation and shipment are coordinated to the applicable delivery and compliance requirements.

Rose is your project manager. She coordinates drawing review, production progress, quality documents and export arrangements across the partner network. See our engineering support process.

We can sign an NDA before receiving confidential drawings. Mold ownership is defined in the project contract before tooling starts. The assigned partner factory is checked for the required equipment and applicable qualifications; any change of production base requires your approval. Review partner equipment and factory verification.

Technical strengths

Complex parts.
Controlled production.

Our capabilities address demanding component geometries and repeat production, with the manufacturing route selected around the specific part requirements.

Complex thin-wall parts

Mold development and mold-flow simulation support complex thin-wall geometries and their filling requirements.

High air-tightness housings

Process planning includes vacuum-assisted die casting where appropriate for housings with demanding air-tightness requirements.

Precision assembly parts

CNC precision machining and dimensional inspection support critical mating features, assembly dimensions and GD&T requirements.

Stable volume production

Standardized quality-control processes and coordinated production capacity support consistent high-volume manufacturing.

Quality approach

Requirements first.
Records throughout.

We work to the international manufacturing standards agreed for each project, using standardized quality-control processes and full dimensional inspection. Material, inspection and compliance documentation supports customer acceptance and supplier qualification.

Material certificates
Full dimensional inspection reports
First article inspection (FAI) documentation
RoHS / REACH compliance reports
IATF 16949 quality-system requirements
PPAP Level 3 submissions

Material certificates, RoHS/REACH reports, dimensional reports and FAI documents can be provided within the agreed project scope. For automotive projects, we coordinate IATF 16949 quality-system requirements and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) Level 3 submissions with the relevant partner. Applicable partner qualifications, reports and acceptance requirements are confirmed before commitment to support European and North American supplier approval processes.
