01Die-Casting Molds
Precision mold development, from DFM review and mold-flow simulation to machining, mold trials and sample approval. CNC machining centers, EDM, wire EDM and polishing support the tooling route.
02Zinc Alloy Die Casting
Custom zinc alloy components made to your drawing. Hot-chamber die-casting resources are coordinated with machining, surface treatment and inspection requirements for the finished part.
03Aluminum Alloy Die Casting
Cold-chamber high-pressure die casting for custom aluminum components. Process planning addresses thin walls, housings and precision assembly features, with vacuum assistance considered where the part requires it.
04Magnesium Alloy Die Casting
Custom magnesium alloy castings through dedicated partner production resources. The alloy, part geometry, secondary machining and surface protection requirements guide the agreed manufacturing route.
05CNC Machining
Precision milling, turning, drilling and tapping for critical dimensions, mating features and threads. Machining follows the approved drawing, datum scheme and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) requirements.
06Surface Treatment
Deburring, polishing and blasting prepare the surface. Plating, painting, powder coating, anodizing, passivation and brushing are reviewed for compatibility with the alloy and the required appearance or protection.
07Small-Batch Sample Production
We accept orders to manufacture small quantities of samples to your drawings, material specifications and required quantity. The production route, tooling needs and sample acceptance criteria are agreed before work begins.
08Engineering Support
English-language drawing review, DFM, mold-flow analysis and manufacturing coordination across the project. Progress updates, early risk identification and documented engineering changes keep requirements clear and traceable.

OEM/ODM and drawing-based projects are reviewed individually. We also consider processing customer-supplied materials, subject to technical assessment.
Can you manufacture small quantities of samples?+
Yes. We accept small-batch sample production requests based on your drawing, material specifications and required quantity. Tooling needs, feasibility and acceptance criteria are reviewed for each request. Explore small-batch sample production.
What should I send for a quotation?+
Send your drawing and revision, specified alloy, required quantity, critical dimensions, finish and delivery requirements. Include any inspection or documentation requirements. If a specification is still open, tell us so it can be reviewed.
Can we verify the manufacturing resources?+
Video factory tours, on-site factory audits and pre-shipment inspections can be arranged with the relevant partner. Learn about our partner manufacturing network.
