Manufacturing scope

From drawing
to approved mold.

The process is selected around the part drawing, material and acceptance requirements. Each stage supports the agreed manufacturing route.

  1. 01

    DFM & mold design

Review geometry, parting, draft, filling and the intended production process.

  2. 02

    Mold manufacture

CNC machining, EDM, wire EDM, polishing and assembly support the approved mold design.

  3. 03

    Trial & approval

Trial samples and dimensional findings support mold corrections and sample sign-off.

Technical review

Design decisions.
Made early.

DFM drawing review and mold-flow simulation bring manufacturing questions forward before tooling begins. Complex thin-wall structures, filling requirements and precision assembly features guide the review.

CNC machining centers, EDM, wire EDM, high-speed engraving and polishing support mold manufacture. Trial samples and dimensional findings guide agreed corrections and approval.

Before we begin

Before you
place an order.

What determines the mold steel and trial schedule?

Steel grade, heat treatment, part requirements and project scope must be agreed before a trial schedule is confirmed.

Can you support mold changes?

Our engineering team coordinates drawing revisions, mold changes and approval records with the manufacturing partner.
