Manufacturing scope

A small batch.
A clear scope.

The process is selected around the part drawing, material and acceptance requirements. Each stage supports the agreed manufacturing route.

  1. 01

    Define the sample

Confirm geometry, material, quantity and the required surface condition.

  2. 02

    Make the agreed batch

Coordinate mold development or other agreed manufacturing operations with the partner factory.

  3. 03

    Deliver the samples

Complete the agreed checks, packing and shipment for the requested sample quantity.

Technical review

The quantity
you need to make.

We accept requests to manufacture small quantities of samples to your drawings and material requirements. Tell us the number of parts, required finish and intended delivery date so feasibility, tooling needs and cost can be reviewed.

A sample order is scoped around the requested batch. Any mold development, machining, surface treatment and inspection requirements are identified before work begins. Production tooling and later volume orders are agreed separately where applicable.
